What shipping options are available on Clariste.com?

Depending on your location and selected delivery option, we ship via Standard Mail, Express Mail or DHL. All orders are insured and have a tracking number so that you can always check the status and location.

How can I check an order I placed on Clariste.com?

You can log into your account so see all your recent orders.

How can I make returns or exchanges?

We will refund merchandise within 15 days of receipt, provided that the product is still in its original packaging and there are no signs of use. Eligible returns must be sent via registered mail. After all the requirements are met, we will refund you the amount you paid for the order, minus shipping and packaging.

Please note that we charge a € 20 re-stocking fee for all returns and also if an item has already been exchanged once.

Does Clariste offer warranty on the jewelry?

Yes, we offer a 1 year warranty from the date that the item was purchased. The warranty covers free repair on the following: broken string or elastic, lock issues, or missing CZ diamonds. The warranty does not cover faded plating on locks or beads. If you wish to re-plate any item for a cost, you can contact customerservice@clariste.com
