Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.The 15 day periond starts on the day in which you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
The first exchange is free of charge, which means that we are going to pay for the pick-up/sending back of your items.
Please notice that we can only exchange items for another size, not for a different model. If you are interested in a different model, you will need to place a new order for it.

How to get the Refund
We believe in outstanding customers service and so we have created a smooth return procedure.
- Contact our customer service (firstname.lastname@example.org) with the subject „Refund and your order number“
- We will contact you within 24 hours and you will get everything you need to return the product
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Please note that we have up to 30 days of time to complete the refund payment, starting from the day in which we receive your return at our warehouse.
